The restaurant was very clean and the service was fast. Jesse was very nice and helped me when the credit card machine froze and checked on myself and the other tables to see if anything else was needed. The food was delicious too. I wish they had breakfast back but the hotdog, shakes, fries and onion rings were still great at 10:30 am 🤣

Best experience I've had at Steak 'n Shake in years. The place is clean, people are friendly, we actually had two different employees so it everything met our expectations and asked if we needed anything else. The food was prepared well and was hot/cold as appropriate. This is the experience I've been wanting but never expected to actually get.

Michael was amazing! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and he payed attention to every customer, in and out of the restaurant. All while also cleaning the floors and tables! No smells or sticky floors and that was a first from a steak n shake for us. Truly a great experience because of Michael!

On Friday evening, around dinnertime, I stopped by the drive-thru, expecting a long wait. I was surprised, then, that it took only about 15 minutes to receive my order. This included the time it took to pull up, place my order, and receive my food around 6:00 PM on a Friday night. It was TRULY impressive. The service was remarkably quick. I ordered two burgers and two orders of fries. The fries were acceptable, not cold, but not exactly fresh either, which is understandable given the challenge of maintaining the freshness of fries once they are out of the fryer. Even when I prepare them at home, they tend to cool down quickly. So, while the fries were just alright, the burgers were OUTSTANDING. I intended to ask for the young lady's name at the window, but I didn't want to delay the process. Nevertheless, she was incredibly kind. She greeted me with a smile and maintained eye contact while providing my total, rather than looking away, attending to other matters, or, even worse, speaking with someone else. She was personable and made me feel welcome. Such qualities are often difficult to find in the food service industry, so I HIGHLY recommend retaining her. Overall, I will certainly be returning to this particular Steak 'N Shake location, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Super super clean in here. Employees are beyond friendly. 2:15 pm on Saturday and the service is amazing. Dude in the back walking around to everyone making sure everything is taken care of. 10/10 service he is doing. What a wonderful experience. Give this man a raise! His name is Jesse! If you are looking for a fast, cheap bite to eat, look no further. The food is great. The service is even better. The manager here really cares about his customers. Stop in and grab a burger and shake here! Best Steak and Shake I’ve ever been to!
